Tikka
Tender Australian lamb chunks marinated in Levant spices. Sold in a package of 300g
(THIS IS A FROZEN AND UNCOOKED PRODUCT), picture reflects the final product after grilling/cooking. Instructions on how to cook will be sent to you upon purchase. Safe to use within 1 month of purchase.
Ideas on how to use this meat:
- Put it on skewers and grill it over charcoal, sear in frying pan or bake in the oven/air fryer
- Chop it into smaller pieces and add it to your pastry or omlets
- Cut your favourit root vegetables and sear them with Tikka, serve it with rice.
How to cook Tikka:
1. Let the frozen Tikka thaw
2. Spray your frying pan with oil/butter (any oil or butter would do)
3. Place your Tikka on the pan and fry for 20 mins at least. Flip half way
4. Cover the Tikka and let it cook for another 3-5 mins
5. If you like it a little dry, cook it for a longer time.
6. Serve with rice or pita bread
You may also put it on skewers and do the exact same steps. Can also be grilled over charcoal.
Side notes:
1. You may use oven/airfryer instead of pan, follow the same procedure mentioned above at 180-200 C
2. You may use the juice of Tikka to cook your rice, it would definitely enhance its flavour
3. You can use tortilla to wrap the tikka instead of pita/rice.
